PROPERTY RELOCATION OR DISPOSAL
| School/Department declares
item(s) surplus, obsolete, or junk using form IA002 (Fixed Asset Transfer
Authorization).
Property and Records Department determines the usability of the material. If usable, schools and departments are notified; and items are relocated if possible. Items that are obsolete, not repairable, junk, etc., are disposed of by the following methods: All disposal by haulage will be signed for by individual or agency. All sales will be receipted, deposited and records submitted to the Treasurer for accounting. |
