The Muscogee County School District is looking for successful candidates with knowledge of state/federal hiring and termination laws. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: M.A. or above in educational leadership with 3-5 years leadership experience or B.A. or above in H.R. or a related field with SPHR/PHR certification. The Muscogee County School District is looking for successful candidates with knowledge of state/federal laws, regulations, procedures related to all areas of staff benefits, to include: flexible spending accounts, unemployment benefits, Section 125 and insurance programs. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 years of benefits experience; 1-3 years of supervisory experience; B.A. in HR or related field.
